You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff You will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
