Vacancy available: refrigeration technician (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will work at a food processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds You will wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
