Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Clackmannanshire, Scotland. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
