Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Greater Bridgeport Planning Region, Connecticut. Requirements: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Your main tasks: • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
