Panel welder wanted in Trego County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel welder in Trego County, Kansas. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
