We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar waiter in Lewis County, Kentucky. You will be based in a five-star hotel. The role involves lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
