Coating plant operator — Garfield County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Garfield County, Montana. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well.
