Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Butler County, Iowa. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens We offer $11,750 per project plus benefits.
