Vertical transportation technician — City of Franklin

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in City of Franklin, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
