Chef de partie — Allegan County

Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Allegan County, Michigan. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
