Rebar foreman • Sharkey County, Mississippi

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Sharkey County, Mississippi. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. The role involves read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements 1+ years on the tools preferred.
