Acoustic insulation fitter — Steuben County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Steuben County, New York. The job is on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape. What we are looking for: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
