Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
