Requirements: • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts The role involves: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end Rotating shifts.
