Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
