Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Decatur County, Iowa. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
