What we are looking for: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery The role involves load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
