Great opportunity: prep cook (Michigan)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Sanilac County, Michigan. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
