Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Woodruff County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
