Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ritchie County, West Virginia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
