Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Jackson County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
