Canteen cook — King William County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in King William County, Virginia. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You will prepare the mise en place before each service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
