The role involves: • Collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time You should have: • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain Full-time with occasional weekends.
