Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Mecosta County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale 5+ years on the tools preferred.
