Now hiring: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Todd County, Kentucky. You will be based in a busy laundry. Day to day you will give each garment a final press before packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Full-time with occasional weekends.
