Fry cook — District of Rutland

Join our team: we are hiring a fry cook in District of Rutland, England. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On the job you will handle: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
