Overlocker operator — Sabine County

Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Sabine County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory The role involves: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
