Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Sheridan County, Montana. You will work in the profile cutting and welding bay. You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads The role involves: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
