Join our team: we are hiring an occupational health and safety officer in Geidam, Yobe State. You will work in a warehouse and logistics yard. Day-to-day duties: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations 1+ years on the tools preferred.
