Immediate opening: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Walthall County, Mississippi. You will work at a private estate garden. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish Day to day you will water beds and lawns and set up drip irrigation lines; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
