Great opportunity: acoustic insulation fitter (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Wokingham, England. You will be based at a busy building site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Day-to-day duties: • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
