Join our team: gas meter installer (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Benton County, Indiana. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. On a typical shift you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge. What we are looking for: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. $200 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
