Join our team: we are hiring a motor grader operator in Erie County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
