Now hiring: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Alger County, Michigan. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels The role involves: • Report machine faults and stoppages to the line supervisor • Record output figures and downtime on the production log • Change over tooling and settings between product runs • Stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them • Feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow • Carry out in-line quality checks and reject defective pieces Full-time with occasional weekends.
