On a typical shift you will sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub; capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to ride long hours and lift parcels up to 20 kg • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike 4+ years on the tools preferred.
