Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method.
