Reinforcement steel fixer • Arochukwu, Abia State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Arochukwu, Abia State. The job is at a high-rise construction project. You will keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing ₦140,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
