Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Livingston County, Illinois. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
