Now hiring: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Wayne County, Indiana. You will work on residential new-build sites. You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • A good head for heights and steady balance The role involves: • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Insulate and ventilate the roof void • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs Six days a week, one day off.
