We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety marshal in Tioga County, New York. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Day-to-day duties: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
