Site safety steward • Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Sainte Genevieve County, Missouri. You will be based on a high-rise building project. On the job you will handle: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
