Meat trimmer wanted in Pickens County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Pickens County, Georgia. The job is at a halal meat counter. You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
