Tandoor cook wanted in Douglas County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Douglas County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
