Immediate opening: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Schleicher County, Texas. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
