Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line inspector in Lowndes County, Alabama. Day to day you will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
