Packing operative — Jefferson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a packing operative in Jefferson County, Texas. You will be based at a warehouse dispatch bay. On the job you will handle: • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Check best-before and expiry dates on every box • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Weigh and portion products before bagging Requirements: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Six days a week, one day off.
