Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Cocke County, Tennessee. You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Rotating shifts.
