Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in York County, Nebraska. You will work on re-roofing and repair jobs. On the job you will handle: • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Insulate and ventilate the roof void You should have: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
