Day to day you will calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; read lift plans and method statements before starting. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams Overtime paid at a premium rate.
