Vacancy available: dish pit attendant (West Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Berkeley County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
